Nice, It needs some updates but i would really like the final result.

Made a gradient for the selected item on the left and made the lightgrey bar in the library light purple/blue. An other, darker navigation gradient and used a lighter gradient for the time | title | artist bar.

Nice to see you released an update. The scrollbars, while they're not perfect are far better! But I the popup windows wont work for me, since this release. Index Media becomes a small square and installing a new language wont work either. [b]Edit:[/b] Btw. How can you make youre own scrollbars?

This looks good, based on the preview image, but I cannot install this because it is incompatible with Songbird 0.5pre. Will you please make this feathers compatible with 0.5pre, Windsurfer?

about:config is very hard to read…

Well, I see some things that I don’t like.

1) The separation between the play/backwards/forwards buttons is too much. iTunes doesn’t have it that far between.
2) The horizontal scrollbar doesn’t look good, I don’t know why. It should look the same as the vertical scrollbar.
3) The folder icon in the left panel is grey. It should be more blueish, like the scrollbars are.
4) The menues are wrong, wrong, wrong. The colors, the highlights, everything. I hate them.
5) The right side of the main toolbar has a strange pattern that doesn’t have anything to do with the left side.
6) The change in the color of the tabs is very strong, it should be more soft, like the pattern of the main toolbar, where the play controls are.

I really like your theme, feather, whatever, but I can’t use it unless it’s really like iTunes.

How about adding a black color option.
I like the layout of iTunes better, but SongBird has so many other features and I like the black scheme.

If you put iBird into Mini Player mode, the Jump To and Feather (to go back to Full Player) icons are missing in that mini UI. Clicking on the areas for those icons of the Mini Player bar works, but no icons visable.

Bug occurs on all OS platforms.

Excellent–one thing that’s missing is the play indicator next to the song that’s playing–all of the other feathers have it. That withstanding, the best feather out there; thanks for putting it out!!

I agree with Lonon on a few things:

1) The horizontal scrollbar looks funny, as if it was composed of tiles meant for the vertical scrollbar.

2) The menu background colors and highlights don’t quite match with the rest of the Feather.

3) The top right section (where the Report a Bug button is) has an incorrect background image. I’m guessing it’s the same background image used in the browser bar (the one with the back, forward, reload, etc. buttons).

Good comments, Lonon, but if you hate it so much, don’t use it.

Other than that, I would like to add the following:

4) The highlight color of the Location bar and Search bar is pretty much invisible.

6) In the Library tab, when you have a search filter on, the background color of the search bar seems to revert to the RubberDucky color. When you clear the search filter, it returns to its nice pale white.

i really want to see this take over itunes but there are still some huge downsides that make it behind both itunes and mediamonkey in my opinion.

1) while playing certain songs, it will play a different song and say its the one i selected. for instance i was playing bohemian rhapsody and while the name said bohemian rhapsody, it actually played a song like freebird.

2) the playlist layout is horrible i dont want the top three boxes, or at least give the option to remove them i want the same playlist interface of mediamonkey or itunes.

3) the extensions dont work well with 0.4. i couldnt select options for many different add-ons even though their should be options. like minimize to tray, that usually offers three selections but it didnt and it didnt work, it also didnt say it was incompatible with 0.4

the worst of course was playing the wrong song selected and truly needs fixed if songbird ever wants to overtake itunes.

I would love to use this but it doesnt work for 0.5 yet. I will use it when you get it to work with 0.5.

please update, would like to see this working on 0.5

well, you could do that yourself if you have some experience..

FYI I followed longbow’s instructions for the albatross feather (in the albatross feather comments) and very easily got iBird working in 0.5.

Slight issue with the min/max/feather buttons when in mini-mode … as in, you can’t see them (but they ARE there), but other than that everything seems nice.

Another note to the developer:
the bottom scroller doesn't look right... it looks like a bunch of vertical scroller bars adjacent to each other (maybe you know what i mean sloppy)

I am using songbird 0.6.1 and I am not able to install this plugin

I have a love hate relationship with itunes, but you have the captured the loveable aspects!

I've installed the songbird 0.7 RC2, but I can't install this feather.

if it dont play videos like itunes and allow me to download them in to my ipod video then its no good for me and it dont let me download pictures on my ipod all this thing is good for is mp3 player not i pod
