skinning support for the Qloud extension (turns the big Qloud

It's okay...its not horrible, but it doesnt look that great...and all it really is is a blue sheet layed on top of the rubberducky theme
but frequently much better than that odl black sreen.....

Tried in 0.3pre nightly, but it broke the graphics... However, nice try!
this is really ugly, sorry. i like the "dove" (white) and default (black) skin best.
so i installed the theme and it made all the buttons go blank. . .they still work but they have no words or pictures.
Went home installed on my windows computer and the bluebird feather worked fine, so i guess their either a problem with it working on ubuntu linux or i did something wrong. . .both equally likely
